wifi.dezman.net uses no cookies, trackers or third-party analytics. The server keeps a standard access log (IP address, time, requested page, browser) for security and troubleshooting; logs are kept for at most 30 days.
If you send an enquiry we process your name, venue, e-mail, phone and message solely to answer the enquiry and prepare an offer (legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is kept until the communication ends, at most 12 months if no cooperation follows.
Data of guests who log in to the WiFi at hotels, restaurants and other venues is processed by us as a processor on behalf of each client (controller) under a data processing agreement. What is collected, why and for how long is described in the privacy policy shown to the guest at WiFi login at each venue. Data is stored on a server in Slovenia.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and the right to object. Send requests to the e-mail below. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovenian Information Commissioner (www.ip-rs.si).
Logged-in administration users use a session cookie that is strictly necessary for the login to work and requires no consent.
